On 25-02-2025, the district court Midden-Nederland regarding the bankruptcy of Ballondrukkerij B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.16/23/320: Op 24 februari 2025 is ten onrechte gepubliceerd dat het faillissement is beëindigd op 21 februari 2025. Einde faillissement volgt nog.
On 24-02-2025, the district court Midden-Nederland regarding the bankruptcy of Geesinknorba Benelux B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.16/23/470: Inzake Geesinknorba Benelux B.V. met insolventienummer F.16/23/470 is de tussentijdse uitdelingslijst verbindend geworden op 21 februari 2025.

On 12-02-2025, the district court Den-Haag regarding the bankruptcy of Exploitatiemaatschappij De Klip B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.09/24/312: De verificatievergadering en akkoordbehandeling van 3 maart 2025 om 12:00 zal geen doorgang vinden.
On 06-02-2025, the district court Noord-Nederland regarding the bankruptcy of Hnl Ferry Terminal B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.18/23/126: De vastgestelde schriftelijke verificatievergadering op 27 februari 2025 in het faillissement van HNL Ferry Terminal B.V. (F.18/23/126) gaat niet door. De verificatievergadering zal thans schriftelijk worden gehouden op 17 april 2025.
On 30-01-2025, the district court Limburg regarding the bankruptcy of Quimit Brands B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.03/24/225: De eerdere publicaties van 15 januari 2025 betreffende vereenvoudigde afwikkeling en deponering uitdelingslijst per 18 februari 2025 is niet correct. Er zal geen uitdelingslijst gedeponeerd worden nu het faillissement bij nader inzien wordt opgeheven bij gebrek aan baten.

On 27-01-2025, the district court Den-Haag regarding the bankruptcy of Moscow Harbour B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.09/19/144: F.09/19/144: op 8 augustus 2024 is abusievelijk gepubliceerd dat dit faillissement vereenvoudigd wordt afgewikkeld.
On 16-01-2025, the district court Noord-Holland regarding the bankruptcy of Kozijn Techniek Noord-Holland B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.15/24/296: Er is in januari 2025 onterecht gepubliceerd dat de verificatie vergadering pro forma zal plaats vinden. Er komt een inhoudelijke behandeling op dezelfde datum
On 08-01-2025, the district court Den-Haag regarding the bankruptcy of Komstar B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.09/15/536: Op 30 december 2024 is per abuis gepubliceerd dat het faillissement door slotuitdelingslijst beëindigd is.
Dit moet zijn einde faillissement door verbindend worden van de slotuitdelingslijst op 2 januari 2025.
On 07-01-2025, the district court Rotterdam regarding the bankruptcy of Imtech Automation Solutions B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.10/15/642: In het faillissement van Imtech Automation Solutions B.V. (F.10/15/642) is mr. W.J. Roos-van Toor ontheven uit haar functie als rechter-commissaris.
On 07-01-2025, the district court Rotterdam regarding the bankruptcy of Royal Imtech N.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.10/15/577: In het faillissement van Royal Imtech N.V. (F.10/15/577) is mr. W.J. Roos-van Toor ontheven uit haar functie als rechter-commissaris.
