An overview of all rectifications published by the court regarding bankruptcies and suspensions of payment.
On 17-10-2025, the district court Zeeland-West-Brabant regarding the bankruptcy of Depalux B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.02/22/215: Per abuis is gepubliceerd dat de slotuitdelingslijst op 13 oktober 2025 verbindend is verklaard. Dit is niet correct. De slotuitdelingslijst is op 13 oktober 2025 voor de duur van tien dagen ter inzage gelegd.
On 14-10-2025, the district court Den-Haag regarding the bankruptcy of Perron3 Boskoop B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.09/24/409: Op 8 oktober 2025 is per abuis gepubliceerd dat dit faillissement vereenvoudigd is afgewikkeld.
On 13-10-2025, the district court Overijssel regarding the bankruptcy of Reas Holding B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.08/24/168: Aanvulling op publicatie d.d. 29 augustus 2025: vereenvoudigde afwikkeling faillissement d.d. 26 augustus 2025;
Aanvulling op publicatie neerlegging slotuitdelingslijst vanaf 10 oktober 2025;
In beide bovenstaande publicaties is per abuis niet aangegeven dat het tevens betreft voor de dossiernummers: F.08/24/169: Vermelho Holding B.V, F.08/24/170: PlanBee B.V, F.08/24/171: MECgroep B.V, F.08/24/172: GinoPress B.V, F.08/24/173: PlanC B.V. en F.08/24/174: Vermelho B.V, nu deze faillissementen geconsolideerd worden afgewikkeld.
On 13-10-2025, the district court Oost-Brabant regarding the bankruptcy of Bestronics B.V. published the following rectification. Abusievelijk is gepubliceerd dat Bestronics B.V. is ingeschreven onder KvK nummer 17282975 Dit is niet juist. Bestronics B.V. is ingeschreven onder KvK nummer 17282675.
On 06-10-2025, the district court Gelderland regarding the bankruptcy of Oxalis Vorden B.V. In Liquidatie published the following rectification. betreft F.05/25/149: Inzake het faill. van Oxalis Vorden B.V. in liquidatie, C/05/25/149 F stond een verkeerd KvK nummer vermeld. Het juiste KvK nummer is 08082016.

(S.10/25/12) zal de crediteurenvergadering plaatsvinden op 23 december 2025 te 11:30 uur aan de Stationslaan 10, 4815 GW, te Breda
On 24-09-2025, the district court Midden-Nederland regarding the bankruptcy of Napkar Management N.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.16/25/460: Aanvulling op uitspraak faillissement: Napkar Management N.V. is ingeschreven in het handelsregister van de Kamer van Koophandel en Nijverheid te Curaçao onder het nummer 60217.
On 19-09-2025, the district court Den-Haag regarding the bankruptcy of Keurslagerij Sylvia Huisman B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.09/25/322: n dit faillissement is op 17 september 2025 per abuis gepubliceerd dat mr. L. Mundt de rechter-commissaris is. De rechter commissaris in dit faillissement is mr. N.E.M. de Coninck.
On 26-08-2025, the district court Gelderland regarding the bankruptcy of Lametero B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.05/24/182: In het faill. van Lametero B.V, F.05/24/182 is verzet tegen de uitdelingslijst ingesteld. De behandeling van dit verzetschrift zal plaatsvinden op 23 september 2025 om 15:00 uur.

On 08-08-2025, the district court Noord-Nederland regarding the bankruptcy of Coöperatie Vveerlijk U.A. published the following rectification. betreft F.17/19/101: In het faillissement (F.17/19/101) van Coöperatie VVEerlijk U.A. gevestigd te Haarlem, is op 14 juli 2025 gepubliceerd dat de slotuitdelingslijst vanaf 29 juli 2025 ter inzage ligt. De slotuitdelingslijst zal echter vanaf 26 augustus 2025 ter inzage liggen.
