On 18-03-2026, the district court Amsterdam regarding the bankruptcy of Delta Flex 1 B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.13/26/71: Gezien het vonnis van 16 maart in de omzetting van de Surseance naar het faillissement van Delta Flex 1 B.V. dient de datum van 04 maart 2026 gelezen te worden als 13 maart 2026.

On 12-03-2026, the district court Den-Haag regarding the bankruptcy of Onestopsourcing B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.09/26/83: Op 10 maart 2026 is per abuis gepubliceerd dat het faillissement van Onestopsourcing B.V. is uitgesproken na beëindiging van de Surseance van betaling.
On 12-03-2026, the district court Midden-Nederland regarding the bankruptcy of Flevotrade Onions B.V. published the following rectification. Verlening verzoek verlenging surseance van betaling bij beschikking van 11 maart 2026 voor de duur van 1,5 jaar, derhalve t/m 10 september 2027.
On 10-03-2026, the district court Oost-Brabant regarding the bankruptcy of Lease-Deal Holding B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.01/25/97: De pro forma verificatievergadering van 24 maart 2026 zal geen doorgang vinden en is verzet naar 15 april 2026 te 14:00 uur.
On 06-03-2026, the district court Zeeland-West-Brabant regarding the bankruptcy of Freightned Zwaar Transport B.V. published the following rectification. Vanwege de beëindiging van de voorlopige surseance zal de crediteurenvergadering op 10 maart 2026 om 10:00 uur geen doorgang vinden.
On 05-03-2026, the district court Overijssel regarding the bankruptcy of Iss Chemicals Europe B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.08/26/68: In de publicatie uitspraak faillissement is als vestigingsadres vermeld: Steenzoutweg 9, 7554 RN Hengelo. Dit moet zijn: Steenzoutweg 9, 17, 7554 RN Hengelo.

On 23-02-2026, the district court Midden-Nederland regarding the bankruptcy of Edge Living B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.16/26/82: Dit faillissement komt voort uit de surseance C16/26/6 S. De crediteurenvergadering die gepland stond op 28 april om 12:00 uur komt hiermee te vervallen.
On 23-02-2026, the district court Noord-Holland regarding the bankruptcy of Validoku B.V. published the following rectification. betreft F.15/25/12: In het faillissement van Validoku B.V. (F.15/25/12) zal de pro forma verificatievergadering op 9 maart 2026 geen doorgang vinden. De verificatievergadering zal thans plaatsvinden op 13 april 2026 te 13.30 uur (loc. Haarlem). Dit had echter moeten zijn: opgeheven wegens gebrek aan baten.
